• Local Note Data: Notes, checklists, color labels, reminders, and passcode preferences are stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database.
• Google Account Information: If you choose to sign in with Google, we process your email address and profile name via Firebase Authentication to authenticate your account.
• Cloud Sync Data: When signed in, your note titles, contents, colors, timestamps, and checklist items are stored in Cloud Firestore under your secure user profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide core application features:

• To store, display, and organize your notes and checklists.
• To sync your notes seamlessly across your personal devices.
• To schedule local reminders and status bar notifications on your device.

3. Data Storage & Security

All cloud communication with Firebase services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Local sensitive notes can be locked with a custom passcode PIN. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Deletion & Account Control

You can delete individual notes or empty your trash directly within the app, which permanently deletes them from both your device and Cloud Firestore. If you sign out of Google, your notes remain locally on your device.
